Outstanding hip-hop artist… “TRIFE” whose undemanding style of rapping/producing is mixed with a twist of street and pop. Trife’s goal is to change the whole look on the music industry and bring something new for the listeners with the help of his promotion team, "TEAM MAJORS." The expression he gives you in each song/beat shows the love he has for doing music. Being born and raised in New Jersey, his peers inspired him to find his talents within the music. In 2000, he became a member of the group “Draft Pick Entertainment”. All members where 15. The group’s intention was to grab the ears of a wide spectrum of listeners. To get a buzz up and create a name, they put out mix tapes like “IS THIS WHAT U WANT” (2001), “BACK 2 SCHOOL” (2002), HATE MUZIK (2003). The group got its street credibility by battling and doing dvd’s. Draft Pick did shows at Klub Krome, Club 112, and Brighton Bar. After these majors events the group was well known throughout there area. Unfortunately, the group decided to break up due to creative differences. Trife took a new direction, rapping/producing for himself and other various artist completing 5 solo albums. “MY PHILOSOPHY” (2003), NOW IS HISTORY (2003), THEME MUSIC (2004), SO DEDICATED (2005), THE VOICE OF JERSEY (2006). Along wit his solo albums he also collaborated wit artist and completed “ENEMY OF THE STATE” (2005), HOW TO MAKE AN ALBUM (2006). Working with DJs such as DJ DIGGZ, RATED R, and DJ WHO KNEW helped him earn a name for the mix tapes. Trife’s credibility as a producer has grown immensely since he became known for rapping and making beats. His production sound is extraordinary, unique, and colorful within every beat he produces. To tag his production, he uses the signature trademark “MAJORS” to let people know who was behind the keys. From the UK to the US artist know his trademark. With his motivation, talent, and undeniable hunger he is ready to leave the music industry at stand still, with his powerful movement and swagger. With the lack of energy the music now is giving off, he is a breath of fresh air for the world. He is creating a bridge between urban and pop, bringing it together to create a new sound. It’s safe to say, the music industry is in need of “TRIFE”

The 2nd installment of the “Blue Label” is here and Neyo is the source of satisfaction. 23 tracks of rare and exclusive music. The term exclusive has been used loosely for years, but in this case it is exactly as stated. If you’re looking for a fix to get you through to that next Neyo album, “Neyo: The Blue Label” is exactly what you’re looking for. With music only released overseas, this is truly a gem and won’t last long!

I honestly never really watched Lincoln Heights, but when I saw his video on 106 & Park Mishon caught my eyes with his dancing and ear with his song "Just A Kiss." His dancing is compatible to that of Chris Brown and the late Michael Jackson. If you haven't heard of him check out this EPK and his new video...
This is so dope... Spike Lee shoots ads for Rocawear's 10 year anniversary! My only question is it possible to get a Rocafella renuion tour? What do yall think about that?

Now this pisses me off big-time. So your gonna sentence this man to up to 3.5 years in prison for shooting himself... smh! Especially when Donte Stallworth runs over and kills a pedestrian while driving under the influence and only receives 30 days? WTF??? Which is worse: shooting yourself or killing somebody? Don't answer that...
Mistah Fab "Hit Me On Twitter!" Don't really know what to say about this one. Honestly, it's kinda gimmicky. However, to each his own so check it out...

According to Billboard.com the same week that Chris Brown apologized for assaulting Rihanna, a viral video clip of a wedding party dancing down the aisle to Brown's song "Forever" returned him to the music charts.

Ironically, newlyweds Kevin Heinz and Jill Peterson posted the video clip of their wedding party Forever dance sequence on YouTube a day before Chris Brown posted his apology video.
What's in the air these days? The once collaborative partners on the famed series Gangsta Grills are now beefing with each other over egos and money. Jeezy unravels his discontent in a candid interview with the good people over at XXL Magazine.
“Drama just started acting like a bitch. Drama wanted to be Khaled, but he didn’t want to help nobody. He just changed, period. Look at his crew. The same niggas ain’t around him. You ain’t never been in no streets. I could never have no beef with a nigga like that. He’s a cornball. You made millions off my mixtapes, to the point where the fuckin’ feds scooped you up for bootlegging. I never even made the money he made off of Trap or Die or Tha Streets Iz Watchin, because they were selling and distributing them and making money.
I’m not hating. But we will never do a mixtape together. I didn’t charge that nigga for [contributing a verse to the song “5000 Ones,” on Drama’s official Atlantic Records debut]. But then when I need [a tape for one of my artists], and you want to charge me $20,000?… I’ll slap the shit out of Drama. He knows that. He wasn’t loyal. But me putting my hands on that man ain’t gonna make him respect what I’m saying. I’m just not gonna fuck with him anymore. ” -Young Jeezy via Karen Civil
Da God MC Hov rocked Liberty State Park, NJ at the All Points West Festival Friday (July 31). The park was enormous, the crowd was loyal and dedicated to the festival, the ground was MUDDY from the rain and Hov made sure he showed his appreciation for the crowd that tolerated the conditions.
Fans, barefoot in the mud, walked to the stage area early to get their first-come-first-serve front row position of the stage area at least an hour before show time. As the crowd grew larger, the contagious anticipation flooded the area wondering how the weather would affect Hov's performance.
With luck, the sky parted and the stars appeared above the crowd when a timer on the jumbotron counted down til showtime.
I can forgive Chris for his actions. What he did was wrong, but everybody makes mistakes. That's what's wrong with America today, we spend too much time judging other people and not enough time judging ourselves. Just because he's a superstar doesn't mean he's superhuman. Besides nobody even knows what transpired that night except Chris, Rihanna, and he so-called new gf. Anyway check it out and be sure to leave some feedback. What's your opinion?
